Reviews
- ★★★★★about 1 year agoAmazing place to canoe or kayak. No motorboats. Very scenic and peaceful.
- ★★★★★over 6 years agoI've never camped here, just used it for the day. Best place to share a day with an old friend. It's such a large and beautiful place to casually explore while sharing deep conversations. Plenty of places to get out of your kayaks to walk around and stretch your legs, eat a little too. Bring your own food and drink for the day. There are virtually no amenities in the park besides a ranger station, some signs, and a couple outhouse. But that's the charm. It weeds out the boring people and provides you with beautiful views of nature in every direction. The road up has some great mountain views as well!
- ★★★★★almost 4 years agoBeautiful place! It would be a shame if the dam were torn down and the reservoir drained (as is being discussed). $5 day use fee in the summer months, but not during the winter months. It is beautiful in any season!
- ★★★★★over 2 years agoArrived mid-afternoon and used our Green Mt. Passport for free admission. Sat on the rocks near the kayak/canoe launch and admired the gorgeous view.
- ★★★★★over 2 years agoBeautiful slice of nature to go swim, kayak, canoe, or even camp in. Places to picnic and swim. Mostly all accessible by boat only. Very highly recommend checking this place out
