The wildflowers are gorgeous in the summer, there is a decent amount of fish to catch and this lake is never very busy so it’s always super peaceful.

Went with the family on a Sunday afternoon and it was very busy. We had to walk around the whole lake to find a spot that wasn't right next to others. There were also a ton of bugs. Definitely bring your bug spray. It is a beautiful lake and still worth the visit. It's also nice how close it is to the parking lot and toilets. Bring your fishing poles. There were a ton of fishing jumping. It took a while to find what they liked to eat. Smaller lures, spinners and especially flies.

Too many people. We couldn't find a quiet spot or let alone somewhere that we weren't getting walked past . Don't recommend this lake because people are careless and don't leave if there are too many people . That's utah . People just pile in no matter what . And that makes fishing hard to do if there's 97 poles in the lake

This is a beautiful place to stop. It is close to parking and even has a designated handicapped parking/fishing spot. There is a bathroom that is just off the well-maintained trail. It would be more beautiful if everyone who visited would be responsible for their own trash...fishing line galore, pop cans, fishing bait, hooks, candy bar wrappers, etc. You get the point. You pack it out of your car, pack it back into your car.
