About Attean Pond

Thinking of a trip to Attean Pond? It's a lovely spot nestled near Northwest Somerset, Maine, at 04945. Folks who've visited give it a solid 4.3-star average rating, which speaks volumes. While details on specific fishing regulations and amenities are limited, it's known that you can often find good fishing there; camping might be an option, and there are likely some accessible features for visitors with disabilities. I haven't personally checked on the specifics of what species are biting or what facilities are available, so it's best to do a little more research if those are important to your plans. One recent review wasn't so positive; the visitor complained about something, but the specifics were a bit vague. On the other hand, many others have raved about their experiences there. One five-star review highlighted the peaceful, quiet atmosphere and the stunning natural beauty of the pond and its surroundings. It sounds like a perfect escape for anyone looking for some tranquility in Maine's beautiful outdoors. So, if you're picturing yourself enjoying the peace and quiet of a Maine lake, Attean Pond could be just what you're looking for. Remember to check for up-to-date information on camping permits and fishing licenses before you go, to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Happy travels!

DO NOT FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS! The directions will take you to a gated logging road that is not for public access. The overview is what you see which is at the rest stop on 201 before entering Jackman.
